That's right - Gala Bingo were challenged to take part in the Ice Bucket Challenge, to raise awareness for ALS.
Being the charitable type, Buzzby bear decided he would take on the challenge, albeit a grizzly one! Luckily Buzzby managed to bear the cold without catching a chill. Watch the video below to see what happened:
Although the Ice Bucket Challenge was all fun and games, Buzzby reminded Gala Bingo to paws for thought about what they were raising awareness about. MND, or ALS is a serious condition that very little was known about until recently, but there's always more to research. That's why from the 1st to the 5th of September Gala Bingo are running their Ice Bucket Challenge Bingo Games!
- Where: The games will be held in our City, Country, Seaside, Castle, Royal, Mountain and Gala TV rooms.
- When: Every evening from the 1st to the 5th of September, from 9:30pm onwards.
- What: Tickets will be just 10p; FH wins £12, 2L wins £8 and 1L wins £5. 50% of the profits from these Ice Bucket Challenge Bingo Games will be donated to the MND Association. (http://www.mndassociation.org).
